1.油皮中的所有材料混合(中筋粉200克、白糖20克、猪油50克、水60克)。油酥材料混合(低粉140克、猪油70克)成团,不用过度揉搓

2.分别揉成面团 ,盖上保鲜膜醒30分钟

3.豆沙馅煮好放糖

5.醒好的油皮油酥各分成20份

6.取一份油皮撖扁放入一份油酥,收口包好,盖上保鲜膜静置15分钟

7.将圆形面团擀成椭圆形状

8.从下向上卷起。

10.再将醒好的面团竖着擀成椭圆形,尽量长一点,再卷起

12.取一份如图把两头向中间按。

13.将面剂子压扁,擀成圆形,包入豆沙馅
